tire fire in May 2006, you could get a payment
from a class action settlement.

This is the settlement website for the Angel v. U.S. Tire Recovery class action settlement. The Court will hold a hearing on December 15, 2008 to decide whether to approve the settlement. Those included in the class action, together called a "Class," have legal rights and options, such as excluding themselves from the settlement, objecting to it, or asking to speak at the hearing. The deadline for exclusions and objections has passed. The deadline to submit a claim form to receive a payment from the settlement has passed.
